- Web sites must be directly related to the real estate industry.
- There may be no false, misleading information or deceptive advertising.
- All sites must be of unique content, no clones or cookie cutter sites.
- No sites whose focus is third party advertising will be included.
- Sites who violate the major search engines terms of service will not be considered.
- The a anchor text and region must accurately represent the sites focus and area of service.
- Submitted URL's must resolve to the appropriate page without redirects.
- No link farms, or sites that engage in excessive and/or unrelated linking in any fashion.
- Reasonably professional in appearance with consistent design elements, no broken links or under construction pages.
This, in no way, is intended to be a comprehensive list of all considerations and will be updated as other appropriate issues come to light. New versions of our web site quality guidelines supercede, replace previous versions and will be the standard for all listings retroactively.
