OverlyReal.com is a directory for quality real estate related web sites only. Please review our quality guidelines, after agreeing to our terms of service, before submitting your web site.
- There is a $35 annual non-refundable review fee for all sites submitted.
- Your review fee in no way guarantees inclusion.
- All payments will be processed by PayPal and must be complete before your site is reviewed. Submission without the accompanying review fee will be deleted.
- OverlyReal.com editors will make the final determination about the appropriate category for approved resources.
- OverlyReal.com editors will make changes in the submitted anchor text and descriptions when appropriate.
- All decisions of the editors are final.
- If your site is "flagged" by a visitor and their concerns are founded site owners will have 72hrs to reply to the concern and one week to correct it or be removed from our listings.
- No refunds will be issued to: disapproved sites, flagged and removed sites, sites who no longer abide by our updated terms of service or web site quality guidelines.
- If your site is not approved you will receive an email highlighting the major concerns. Site owners will be afforded one opportunity to resubmit the revised site, at no additional charge, if it is resubmitted in within 5 days.
- Only one page from a single web site will be listed in a specific region. If different sections of your site provide unique, relevant and high quality information in different regions those pages/sections may be considered.
The most recent version of these terms of service supercedes, replaces all previous versions and will be applied to listings retroactively.
